First of all, thank you so much for participating in the sale for VShojo’s Series 2 collection. We’re very excited to get your favorite VTuber’s product onto your desk asap!

As you may have seen regarding our first series with Ironmouse, Zentreya, and Haruka, we faced major delays due to issues around our previous keyboard supplier. To avoid these issues, we’ve since transitioned to a more reliable brand in Keychron for our custom products.

Please note, there are a number of changes to the product and packaging that were needed due to the transition which include the following –

‎ 

• Change of both keyset and keyboard packaging.

• Change of the base keyboard model from the AKKO ACR PRO75 to the Keychron V1 Max. This keyboard is wireless + 2.4G, includes a rotary knob, and we’ve included a custom back sticker of the creator and a unique front badge of the creator as a collectible replacement to the knob.

The changes are reflected on the new website images.

If you are not interested in these changes and would like a refund, please fill out the ‘VShojo Series 1 & 2 Customer Form’ form or submit a refund request to partner@infinikey.xyz before July 28, 2024.
